What is a Fuller ID login?
I can't remember my password. How can I log in?

Log from the "Current Students" Homepage tab at the top of the fuller.edu site. Find and click on the "My Info" icon, then the "Student" tab and "Student Records". Then click "Academic Transcript" and click the "Submit" button on the Transcript page.
QUESTION: I can’t find the person I’m searching for, my search returned no results or I’m uncertain of the spelling of the name.
Try searching with only the first letter of the first or last name. Add the % sign to substitute for the rest of the word, example: j%. You can do this for either/both the first and last name to get maximum results. If you only know them by a nickname like Jim, try putting that in the “Preferred First Name / Nickname” field and leave the Legal First Name field blank. Or try substituting James for Jim, Robert for Bob.
Try searching without the name and just use the class year and degree.
Try using less search criteria, perhaps only use last name and degree or just first and last name.
Try putting the last name in the “Maiden name” field.
It’s possible the person you’re searching for asked to be excluded from the directory or lives/works in a politically sensitive region. Contact our office for further assistance.
QUESTION: What does “class year” mean, or I can’t find the person using their class year and I know they graduated with me?
Class year is based on when the diploma was awarded or in the case of the School of Psychology the year they started with their SOP program cohort. Try using a different year if you are certain of the name or skip year and put in the degree instead.
QUESTION: I found the person, but why is there is no contact information for them?
Most likely that alum has chosen to hide their contact info. You can still try to contact them via email by clicking on “Send an Email” (at the top of their profile). If the email doesn’t go through, it’s because we don’t have an email address for them in our database. Contact our office for additional assistance.
QUESTION: How can I find the spouse of an alum?
You’ll need to search for the alum first, then scroll down through their contact info to “Family info”. If they’ve provided it/allowed it to be seen, you’ll find information about their spouse in that category.
QUESTION: I want to search for someone in more than one state or school, can I select multiple options?
Yes, click on the first degree or state you want to select, then hold down the “CTRL” key while you click on the additional selections. To reverse the process, click on the item you want to de-select while holding down the “CTRL” key.
QUESTION: Who can see my info?
Alumni (people who have attended courses and/or graduated from Fuller) who log in using their Fuller ID and password.
QUESTION: Some of my information is incorrect. How do I get it fixed?
Go into “Update My Profile” and click on “edit” at the top of the section where you need to make changes. For example, if you need to provide a new home address, click “Contact Info” then Edit. Make your changes and then scroll to the bottom and click “Save”.
QUESTION: I fixed or changed something in My Profile, so why doesn’t it appear to be changed in the online directory?
Make sure you clicked “Save” after making the changes. It should be immediately changed if you do that. Contact our office with any issues or problems with changing your information.
QUESTION: Do I need to fill in all the categories in the Profile?
Most fields are not required, but we highly recommend you complete as many as possible, especially the following: Business Info and Social where you can link to your accounts on Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn and Pinterest.
QUESTION: I’m a therapist. How do I list my specialties so I can be found in the search for referrals?
Go into “My Profile” then click on “Business Info”. Choose your specialties from the drop down list. You can also add more details or additional specialties in the Psychology Specialties 3 text box at the bottom.
QUESTION: I want to be found but how do I restrict which contact info is visible?
Go into “My Profile” and select “Hide” for the contact information you don’t want visible to other alumni. They will still be able to use the “Send an Email” button but it won’t display your email address, only allow them to send you a message.
QUESTION: Why can’t I change some of my information in the directory?
Some information, such as your legal first and last name, birthday, Fuller degree(s) and degree date all come from Fuller’s master database and are not available to edit. If there are corrections needed please contact the Fuller Registrar’s office at 626-584-5408 or email@example.com.
I was contacted by someone for the purposes of sales, research or other reasons which seem inappropriate.
Contact our office right away (email and phone) and provide as much detail as possible about the person/alumni who contacted you. Access to the Alumni online directory is a privilege and we can and will deny access to anyone who misuses the information in the directory.
I’ve changed my mind about being in the Alumni online directory. How do I get on or off the online directory list?
To be hidden from the online directory, click on the "HIDE MY PROFILE" checkbox under the Contact Info section of your profile. You may also simply contact our office at (626) 584-5498 or firstname.lastname@example.org.
